Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PrintFix AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

PrintFix AI is an AI-powered mobile application that helps troubleshoot 3D print failures from submitted photos and notes by suggesting likely defects, checks, and reprint steps. AI-generated results are informational and must be reviewed before you rely on them.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to download. Premium features may be available through Weekly Premium, an auto-renewing subscription, or Lifetime Premium, a one-time purchase. Prices, trial availability, and purchase terms are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID settings. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Usage Limits

AI-powered features may include usage limits, rate limits, or Premium access limits to maintain service quality and prevent abuse. Attempts to bypass service limits may result in restricted access.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated troubleshooting suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and must be verified with test prints, hardware checks, material labels, and your own printer setup. The App does not replace professional judgment, official sources, or your own verification. You are responsible for decisions or actions taken based on App results.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit through the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, unsafe, or misleading purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as verified professional advice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Service Availability

AI features require an internet connection and may depend on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
