The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PrintFix AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

• Submitted content: print photos and troubleshooting notes you choose to send for analysis.
• Device identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Usage data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics used to improve the App.
• Purchase information: Handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment details.

Device Permissions

• Camera: Used to capture content for AI analysis.
• Photo Library: Used to select existing photos or screenshots for analysis.

How We Use Information

• To diagnose likely 3D print defects and prepare fix suggestions
• To maintain usage limits and prevent abuse
• To improve product quality using anonymous aggregate analytics
• To support Premium access through Apple purchase status

Third-Party Services

• SaaS Factory Gateway and AI model providers: Process submitted content only to return the requested result.
• TelemetryDeck: Provides privacy-friendly analytics without collecting personal profiles.
• Apple App Store: Handles purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Data Retention

Submitted content is processed to return your result and is not stored on our servers after processing is complete. Anonymous analytics may be retained for product improvement. Device identifiers used for rate limiting may expire after inactivity.

Data Security

Data transmitted between the App and our services uses HTTPS encryption. We use limited, purpose-specific processing and do not sell personal data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
